This will be by negotiation with the organizer, Carolyn Barker.
Requests to move to another date: no charge is made if request is made 30 days or more prior to original date booked, 7-30 days prior 25% of fee is charged, less than 7 days prior no refund will be made. This may be negotiable, in certain circumstances, with the organiser Carolyn Barker.
